Good day,Can I please request some guidance.I would like to know what can be done in an instance where the mother of the child applies for a maintenance court order against the father of the child for maintenance twice. The first consultation she was unprepared and a new date was given, then she did not show up for the next 2 of the maintenance meetings of which the case has been thrown out. She also denied a paternity test. The child is 1 year and 6 months. The mother is now making a second application to the maintenance court demanding the father to pay maintenance, the father instead wants to buy the necessities for the child instead of paying money as she chooses to be unemployed for almost 2 years now. She denied the necessity items that was given to her by the father she threw it outside, demanding money and making threats. She is also taking away access to the child, as she believes she is the only one with rights. All evidence and supporting documentation can be
provided. What rights does the father have? Kind regards
