My mother has a lawyer that has been assisting her secure a retirement property. He drafted a offer to purchase which we signed and presented it to the buyers lawyer. They rejected the offer and then the 2 lawyers have been negotiating since then but nothing has been signed by both parties. Is the fact that the lawyers have been negotiating still bind us legally to anything?
