We have a new thing implemented called harvesting. Basically they say that for 20+ years and accorsing to basic consition of employment act we have been work less hours than supposed. Now people are forced to work back hours or swll leave days. If you dont you are threatened with a DC or deduction of pay. They have an agreement in place but.. only one union of three signed it. So I want to know the validity of this . And if we might have a case against our employer/ HR/ Director.??
