Hi, I am in the middle of a property deal where I have signed the OTP on 8Sep2017. On 22Sep I received a letter from another transfer attorney that the property is sold as per the Subject to market clause ABT the other party has secured the AIP. I notified the transfer attorneys that even I had secured the AIP on 20Sep and the Subject to market clause is invalid. My bond was given a final grant on 26 Sep and I transferred the deposit much earlier then the time stipulated in order to meet all the suspensive conditions. Today 3 Oct my transfer attorneys got back to me that the seller does not want to proceed with my contract and is intrested on the other OTP. They are busy trying to get a clarity on the same and said would advise in due time. But I want to understand my rights here. Can you help?
