I received a bridging loan on my pension fund and was under the impression it will go off automatically when the funds are deposited which did not happen. Thus I used the money to pay debts and my part of the divorce settlement. Now the credit providers attorneys are going to freeze my account as they feel I have not been honest with them. I did inform them about my situation and  offered to pay them back until I receive my part of our divorce settlement on which I will pay all outstanding money including interest which they refused. What do I do now as I dont have the R33000 cash they want.
